Services
Fabricagen provides computational antibody discovery and optimization services. All services are provided under individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in project agreements: client-provided data remains client property; computational outputs generated for a project are delivered to the client; Fabricagen retains rights to its methods, algorithms, and platform.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential. Specific confidentiality terms are detailed in project agreements or separate NDAs as appropriate.
Limitations
Computational predictions are provided as design guidance and do not guarantee experimental outcomes. Clients are responsible for validating candidates through appropriate experimental methods before clinical or commercial use.
